Openstack : No handlers could be found for logger “keystoneclient.client”

I faced the error while running command

"keystone user-list"

When I faced the problem I realized I was giving wrong admin token.
Verify that admin token described in " /etc/keystone/keystone.conf" is same as that of your variable SERVICE_TOKEN.

For me it solved the problem.
